8. Dispute Resolution
   8.1. If a dispute arises, you must not commence legal proceedings without first complying with this clause (except for urgent relief).
   8.2. A written notice of the dispute must be sent, outlining the issue, outcome sought, and proposed resolution.
   8.3. Parties must:
   (a) attempt to resolve the issue in good faith within 30 days;
   (b) if unresolved, agree on a mediator or seek one appointed by the President of the Australian Mediation Association;
   (c) share mediation costs equally; and
   (d) hold mediation in Queensland, Australia.
   8.4. All mediation communications are confidential and treated as “without prejudice”.
   8.5. If after 2 months the dispute remains unresolved, the mediator must terminate the mediation upon request.

9. Venue and Jurisdiction
   Services offered by Julia Lewis are intended for Australian residents. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.

10. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be interpreted under these laws, and the Terms are binding on both parties and their successors.

11. Independent Legal Advice
    Both parties confirm that these Terms are fair and reasonable, and that each has had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice.

12. Severance
    If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force.
